Refund policy

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at shop@bokettolife.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the reverse pickup process.

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, be sure to contact us immediately at shop@bokettolife.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Perishable goods (including ritual bath soak, wax melts, blended camphor, and home & linen sprays)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made before the order is booked for dispatch with our delivery partner. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
